Solid phase photonic PCR (SP-PCR) device has been developed for the on-site ultrafast diagnosis of infectious disease (SARS-CoV-2, H1N1 etc.). We combined photo-stable N-heterocyclic carbene linker for the verification of the gene amplification results. Portable PCR chip was fabricated through MEMS process for economical and facile approach. Simultaneous diagnosis of highly fatal and contagious virus is our main theme.
